Highgate House Extension
The lower ground floor of this semi-detached four-story house in Highgate is extended to accommodate a large open space living area, seamlessly flowing outdoors to the deck and garden.
A feature wall integrated within the lightweight glazed extension subtly redefines the living space. AV equipment housed in the lower part of the feature wall, is ‘pushing’ outwards and up a segment of the deck, forming a hardwood wooden bench facing the garden
The 1.5m extension transforms what used to be a dark and crowded part of the house into a light and spacious family area.
